Shaft Alignment

John Pirie, previously at Hindsons. I am familiar with the lapping process, it was mentioned by the surveyor. I didn’t know what it was, so I researched it. Now you’re getting into a real fine tuning. Lol.

If repairs to the struts are required, I would rather get that done by United, than have the mechanic shim the mount too much.

I will ask United about the lapping. The props that are going on the boat are the ones that were repaired, not the ones that are on the boat now.
