We are having an increasing problem with an "Ultrac" sliding main hatch, the inverted "L" shaped acrylic (I think)...any hints how to get to the rollers/sliders on the top and bottom edges, and what they are made of?

The sliding main hatch on our 400 is requiring more frequent attention to stay sliding. Any hints on how to get to the slider/roller on the upper and lower edges? And then what they are made of, to use the correct lubricant.
This is the smoked acrylic(?) in the inverted L shaped, and the brand is Ultrac.
I googled the brand and got nothing on Google.

Thanks

The company that made them for Carver is no longer in business, unfortunately. To access, you need to take the helm seat off and the metal panel it is mounted on. The door is held on by 2 or 4 screws at the top and the same at the bottom. If you are only needing access to the top, you can remove those screws and tilt the door out of the way. The tracks on those doors are "glides" and not rollers, which is part of the problem. A few years ago, we replaced the tracks with roller tracks made by another company. VERY little modification needed to be done. If interested, I will see if I can find the contact information on them. It was expensive, but the people can now open and close the door with their pinkie.

Yes please post the info. I have the same door/problem. Have been spraying the tracks with Pledge (non lemon) but that doesn't last very long.

Try a good silicone spray. I have used it for similar applications and it seems to work quite well.
