replacing pile weatherstripping on side windows

replacing pile weatherstripping on side windows

I am trying to replace the weatherstripping on the side windows of my 1989 Santego 3467.. Having a problem removing the windows and screens so I can install new weather stripping. Or do I even need to remove the windows and screens to replace the stripping? There has to be a way
