I just bought a 1988 3807. And on the port side of the salon just above the stereo on the wall is a switch with A & B on it. Can any one tell me what this is for.
Thank you

For tv to select input, cable or over the air antenna probaby have a powered antenna somewhere may be hidden in a flybridge access storage if not out in open

That's it g36. There should be an antenna under the flybridge apron in front of the access doors. The other position may have been used for another signal source such as satellite at the dock. It could also be to select a signal for the stereo. Mine had two different antennas.

It's been 8 years since we had our 3807, but I'm pretty sure the guys are right on this. TV switch and yes, there is an antennae mounted on the flybridge.

Remember that all of the above is correct, and our boat is the same.....but if you are not the original owner there could be all sorts of creative things going on back there from previous folk, still need to investigate to be sure....... :beergood:
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.
