port light lens

Postby RWS » May 13th, 2019, 1:46 pm

Where can one find port light lens for an 1987 3607? I think Bomar is the maker , we only need new lens. Could also use some new knobs.. Thanks for your help!

Not sure if yours are the same as mine (they were stamped Gray Marine on mine) but I got replacement parts from Pompanette in Florida. I think they own Bowmar and what was Gray, as well as a couple other hatch/portlight companies. If you have the dimensions handy they can look up the actual part numbers.

You might want to shop around though... after finding out what the actual parts are, they are available from their distributors at many times for a discount from the listed prices.

Carver should be able to give you the part number for the port light and the OEM info but it's probably Pompanette. Don't know if the lens will still be available though but worth a try. Call Carver with your hull number.
