Sump for 530 Voyager
Looking to replace my sump pump and float switch. The wiring had somehow come out of the switch at the housing. So I'm having to use a utility pump to clear it and keep the bilges clean.
Can anyone recommend or point me to a direct drop in replacement for the pump and switch?
Thanks in advance!!

Re: Sump for 530 Voyager
On my 450 it is just a standard 1" 1/8 Rule Bilge Pump with a float switch. In the Engine room there is a manual switch on the breaker panel that runs the pump otherwise it is runs when the float switch is activated. If you need to pump out you might try the manual switch in the engine room - perhaps that will be easier than the utility pump.

I completely forgot that was on the panel. Thanks for the reminder!!
I did end up pulling the pump and float. For what it's worth, it was a Rule 3700 pump and 35A float. According to Rule, that's not the correct float switch for that pump. Ordered a new 3700 pump and 37A switch this afternoon and will reinstall next weekend.
