Leaky windows...I have cleaned all of the tracks and covered the exposed wood in the weep holes with silicon, of course leaving the hole open. The final fix will need to be removing the wood trim, the windows, and the tracking. Then reselling and putting it all back in. I am trying to hire somebody or it will be a winter project. I barely have enough time to get it running for fishing/diving.

The weird fuel filter/separator, here are a few picks of my biggest problem. I found they are full of water and varnish. Nobody seems to know the replacement. Luckily when I pulled them apart, I found the inside is extremely close to a filter element at Fleet N Farm. I think it is the same, the height seems taller but the old ones stemmed a little squished.

I have the restiched full camper top on it for the 1st time, well at least for me. It makes it look way cool.

Have not had a lot of time to update. Here are some of my fixes:
Fixed the radar
Fixed the radio antenna
Found out how to work the toilet
Replaced the fish locator, twice
Added the humminbird side imaging GPS/locator
Added led lighting to the bridge
Added a led porch light to the cockpit
Fixed the microsyncronizer (lights to show when the engines are in sync)
Partially fixed the hailer, at least the fog horn now works
Fixed the speed trip computer
Fixed the window leaks on the port side, need to do the starboard side
Fixed the swim ladder
Fixed the remote spot light
Fixed the full camper top
Fixed the lighting on the bridge
Partially improved the wifi
Fixed the sink drains
Fixed 1 of the bilge pumps/float
Fixed the fuel problems, venting, anti-siphon valve and fuel filters/water separators
Fixed the charging system
Replaced the 3 battery system
Added the electrical box for the electric Downriggers
Partially fixed the railings
Fixed the seating on the front bow
Mounted 2 flat screen tv's/DVD players
Created a cable system for the tv's
Fixed the broken seats on the bridge
There may be more, too much to remember. It is not a awesome looking boat yet, but functional and a joy to go fishing in. The whole family spent a few days on it over the 4th. Good times!

Looks like you have been a busy guy lately.

I am but still thinking of options. I am tempted to look for a trailer and then just store it at my house. I may need to get a bigger diesel to pull it and create a easier way to mount/dismount the radar tower but it would save a lot of $$$.

I have pages of improvements that I did this year so I will just name a few and add a few pics. After all of the improvements, here is the worst part...my boat is still in my yard!!! Uggg!!! This week was the 1st week that we could get a trailer in the yard because of the rain and mud but i test ran the engines one last time and found that i had a rusted out freeze plug under the engine mount. Not cool! i will have to get the crane out and lift the engine just to get to it. Ok, so some of the thing i have done this year:
Rebuilt the window frames
This was a ton of work, weeks worth, but I am leak free. The wood looks awesome. It should last another 10 years.
Tinted the windows
I went through 4 rolls of different kinds before i found one that works great and i am good at it. It really changes the look.
Rebuilt the hatch cover (Rotted out of course)
Rebuilt the outside storage covers...same, rot
Redid all outside teak
Cetol is awesome stuff
Rebuilt my shower
faucet and had ti fix the surround
Put in a new bathroom floor
Painted the bathroom walls
Refinished the kitchen floor
Put in a new kitchen countertop
Pulled the stove and oven out
Pulled the old microwave and shelving out
Put in a new Convection Microwave under the countertop, built it into the cabinets
Rebuilt the carbs
A little harder than expected 6 hour job
Replaced the alternator with a custom install
The original was no longer available
Rebuilt the water circulators
Replaced the spark plugs and timed the engines
Replaced 1 solenoid
Installed new drain plugs and cleaned out the junk in all of the passages
Replaced the kitchen faucet
Refinished the kitchen sink
Cleaned and painted the bottom antifoul paint

Stîll not in the water! The water pump that I had rebuilt, still leaked water, now out the bad gasket. I pulled it again, cut a new gasket, put it in the boat and now the freeze plug blew out. The one under the engine mount. I had to get the crane out to lift the engine and pull the engine mount out. Then I struggled pulling the remnants of the rusty freeze plug out. Had to cut it with a Dremel. Spent all day fixing it but now it's all back together and running great. Time to call th trailer guy to get it to the water.
