The belt looks right.

I would wait to see what the new filters do. Unless you think you have a problem in the tanks or think that you're not going to use all that fuel any time soon, I wouldn't use anything. Some have a place but I'm not a big proponent of additives for every little thing. There's a ton of stuff on the market, each with their own claims even though some are clearly not doable.
