bow pulpit trim 1989 aft cabin Vinyl interior wall cover adhesive

does anyone know where to purchase the black aluminum trim under the pulpit? Also, what type of adhesive is used to adhere the vinyl wall covering to the plywood? 3M 99 does not work.

If it's straight up vinyl with no foam try either Foam Fast 74 or Foam and Fabric 24.

Personally I use the 74 for most projects with vinyl/foam/fabric. Easy to use and is pretty universal.
I've not had luck with Spray 90 or Super 77. both stick fine right away, but a week later they tend to fail.
