So I need to replace my fuel guage that works for both port and starboard off a 3 way toggle switch, what type of guage is this called? I want to call it a 4 post guage but, i know thats not right. Top left in the pic. Thanks.

Threaded post type gauges should be pretty standard. More import is the resistance spec the gauge works on that must match that of the tank senders. What is the gauge doing/not doing? What makes you think the gauge is at fault and not the senders or selection switch, wiring etc.? What diagnostics have you done so far to confirm the gauge is faulty and eliminate other possibilities?

And, you are aware that your ignition needs to be on for gauge to operate? Can't quite tell, but is that rust near those connection posts? 8-) er

Yes on the ignition switch. The gauges are getting switched out regardless. If that's not the cause, ill change out the sender also. Have to tap the gauge to "jolt" the needle so I get a reading.
