1993 carver 350 aft cabin propeller size

I have a 1993 carver 350 aft cabin ... powered by twin 454xl's does anyone know the prop specs ??
mine has a few numbers on it 279Z,299F,E636 not sure what they mean google didn't seem to know anything lol...

Why do you feel like you need a change? Correct me if I’m wrong, but those engines are made to top out around 4500 RPM’s. What is your WOT? If you are close to that number, assuming your engines are running right and the bottom is nice and clean, then you probably have the correct props.

If you look around more on the props I'm sure you'll find them stamped somewhere. I can't think of the last time I saw ones that weren't.

yeah ive looked and looked i believe they may have been re finished or something .. thank you

Do you have them off the boat now ?

Contact Michigan wheel or your local prop shop and run those numbers by them.......be sure to check the hub ends..... a piece of fine sand paper may help to reveal things.

Even refinished they generally restamp with the current specs.
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.

My '92 3307 33' Aft Cabin has 22x22 4-blades, 454's, good performance at 1400 rpm (8 mph cruising) or 3400 rpm (23 mph planing).
