THE annual event

Postby tonyiiiafl » April 16th, 2024, 5:05 pm

The only thing different this year than last is the aches and pains are worse. #m Perfectit wax, and it took well. 1994 390, and at 30 years old still shines nicely!

Once I stiff brush the decks the topside will look nice and brine. Always a work in progress

Getting old sucks. 20 years ago when we had our 4207, wife and I could get the whole thing buffed, cleaned, and ready in about a day and a half.
Now we have a 3697. When we first got it 10 or so years ago, it would take less than a day, and now it takes me three days with the Makita. And I'm sore for a few hours after.
Thanks
Fred

Looks great! I used Perfectit for one season. Too much work, but you only get back what you put into it. Now I use products that get me 90 percent to that mirror shine. Did you compound before you polished? 8-) er

I compounded a few years back. Since using the Perfectit I have not had to compound again
