just put boat in for the season. It started up fine. Went for ride. When started again starboard engine stalled. Seemed liked it flooded. Started again but now continues to stall even when idle. Checked fuel pressure on this engine and its lower by 15lbs than other engine. Reves high in neutral fine. Any suggestions.

If your filters are fresh, then I'd check the fuel tank vent (bugs like to build nests in them), Try switching to the other tank or remove the filler cap from the feeding tank. If problem goes away, then look at the tank vent.

Next I'd check the anti-siphon valves for crud or sticking.
The antiisiphon valves are check valves located on or very close to the fuel tank. There is a very light spring that pushes a ball toward the fuel tank side of the valve. The idea is that if a fuel line were to rupture in the bilge where fule lines usually are, the break could cause the entire tank of fuel to be siphoned into the bilge. The light spring prevents this from occuring. This ball is pulled away from its seat when the engine is running by the suction of the fuel pump. It be stuck in place limiting fuel flow. The valve could be stand alone, or it may be built into the hose connection your fuel line connects to.

Let us know if any of that helps.
