Mercruiser 5.7 cooling hose part numbers

Postby vgcapano » March 28th, 2021, 9:33 pm

Ladies and gents, I want to replace the cooling system hoses on my mercruiser 5.7 inboards. I was able to get a few of the part numbers but some of the hoses are so old that the numbers are not able to be read on either of my engines. Does anyone have a list of these part numbers? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Post the engine serial number and the specific hoses you're looking for.

This should be pretty close, but put your serial number in to be sure:

Here is another source to enter your serial number. Should include a diagram of the engine so you can see based on location. 8-) er

I haven’t had the opportunity to loo for the serial number in the block but where are they usually stamped?

Model and serial numbers should be on the Mercruiser label on the valve cover.
