Re: 450 voyager prop size
I have a 2003 460 with the same power and gear ratio. I get 2670 RPM at 29.6 MPH indicated on the Raymarine tridata.
My props have been reworked by the previous owner and are 28 x 30.6 with 2.25 bore. I just found a scan report from 2011, showing 28 x 32.5, so somebody back then was trying for higher speeds. There were several gear ratios installed in these boats, so prop pitches are all over the map on these forums.

Re: 450 voyager prop size
I'd say that's moving pretty good for a 45' vessel!!
