Transmission replacement

Postby smcdiarmid » September 7th, 2023, 9:28 pm

Need any help or advice on how to find - or have build a transmission for a Marquis 65 2008
Does anyone have information on getting such large parts now that Marquis has been sold

Marquis didn’t make transmissions. What engines/ transmissions do you have. Once you know the make/model of the tranny, I’m sure you can find either someone to rebuild it or have it replaced.

Maybe a member can point you in a direction, but we need to know what transmission you have first.

There should be an ID plate on the transmission, with the exact model number. This will also indicate what gear reduction is inside, which would be important info. There are quite a few places that can rebuild the trans or provide a rebuilt unit.
