Changing the dinette upholstery on a 1992 33' aft cabin

Postby Probably Knot » October 26th, 2013, 6:13 am

When we purchased Probably Knot last fall, the Admiral stated emphatically that the upholstery would have to go. So...... About 3 weeks ago I had the task of removing the old stuff. Easy, right? As it turns out, Carver used lots of fasteners to hold the cushion trim in place. It took almost an hour to find and remove all the screws holding the 2 trim pieces to the dinette.

On the plus side, for over 20 years they remained in place. : )
