Hi all!

Postby SeattleCaptain » October 2nd, 2017, 5:35 pm

Just thought I would say "hi"! I joined the forum last year about the time I purchased my 1986 4207 and haven't really had time to work on it. Planning on moving it from Minneapolis to Seattle this fall, so, we will see how that goes :captain2:

The forums that I have been on in the past have been an enormous help, both getting and giving. Thanks all!

That won't be cheap!.
The guy that bought my 4207 had them do it without cutting any wires.

I think he paid close to 25k to take it all apart the right way, transport it, and put it all back together.

From lake Michigan to the west coast.
Thanks

Thanks! Yes, 15k for the transport. All the wires seem fairly straight forward with quick disconnects and a lot of the stuff (like radar and spotlight) didn't work and won't go back anyway. Hate to say it, but love the boat and would sell it but can't find a comp for the price.

You can't beat a 4207! :worthy: When I moved by 3227 down from CT to NC, I flew the guy who took it apart in CT down to put it back together in NC. Best plane ticket I ever bought! He knew when he took it apart that he would be doing the reassembly, so there was a lot of extra care used.
