Lyndon, have you considered shopping in Michigan for heated inside?

Many people drive their boats over from Illinois to keep over here.

Just for comparison, my 41 (43 LOA) goes for $1800 including wrap, haul out and launch. Conveniently located by a water tap and electrical which does come in quite handy after haul out and when prepping in spring for launch.

Yup, all done as of yesterday, clean dry, just waiting for shrink guy to put vents in.....in the process of making patterns for muskrat guards for next year, so thats it for me......... :beergood:
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion..... :popcorn:

That is CRAZY, but maybe being so far north they can justify it by the oil-tankers-worth-of-fuel it takes to keep the building above freezing??? ;)
