Looking forward to our "spring ahead". I know some people hate DST but I love it and wish we would stay on DST year round. As a boater I just love having that "extra" hour of daylight at the end of the day rather than the beginning.

Saw my first flock of robins here in Michigan this week so spring can't be to far behind.

Just got another 6" of snow here in NY. Along with 10 degree nights. Calling for another storm next week too. Was at the boat last weekend and unless they close the flood gates there is nit enough water in our marina to float a canoe! Think we will be lucky here to get in by May.

I hate to be a "debbie downer" but I just checked the weather network out through April 1st. and I am seeing single digit highs (deg. C) and minus overnight lows. I might be compounding my hull in a snowmobile suit.

As I have said before. I am sure that our fellow Carvonians from the southern latitudes must wonder why we bother up here....... :-O

cheers
