For a so-far grand total of $5210.75 USD. I'm sure I forgot a few small items and not all sales tax/shipping was captured in the above prices. I did have some pretty significant maintenance items done both by myself and the boatyard I had her hauled at, so that accounted for a majority of the above. Anyways, thank you for making me actually sit down and figure out how much I've dropped on this boat only halfway through 2018. I was perfectly happy living in ignorance just paying the bills as they come. This turned out to be a painful learning experience

But I must say that some of the numbers that I am seeing are 'well south' of a boater living 20 miles east of the Big Apple!

Re: 2018 What Have You Spent On Your Boat Year To Date
But engine and generator maintenance, props refinished and repitched, color sanded, polished and waxed will be around $15,000 when I pick it up in a week or two. $2500 to $3000 for fuel and a Captain to drive it 3 or 4 days from Galveston TX to Mississippi.
Then an additional $5000-6000 including the crane to put it in the water and truck it the last hour to my slip.
I dont even have the boat yet. Ya sure this is all worth it?
I am not tallying all this up because I really dont want know. Lol

Rick , it always amazes me how reasonable your costs are for repair and maintenance ....you wouldn't want to be up here, believe me.....dont ever leave there... ....have a good holiday.
