Some mattress stores will make a custom model for you. We did that and it was not toooooo expensive...

Found 4” gel foam mattress on Amazon. Made pattern from brown paper, then taped to the mattress, and cut the foam with our electric carving knife. Fits great. Note: cam back and added another 3” layer after finding 4” wasn’t enough support. Later, we found an 8” foam mattress at Costco that may have worked, too, for less than the 2 toppers we bought. Still, much better than the worn out, smelly one we replaced. Thanks

Purchased a Queen 10” Maxzz on line. Under $300. Used the old mattress as a template. Cut it with an electric carving knife with silicone spray on the blades. Took a couple of hours.

Fits great and very comfortable.

We have ordered two mattresses from a local store that makes their own. Didn't realize how smelly the old ones were until we put them in the SUV to transport to the mattress factory. Wow, they were bad.

We hope to get both mattresses in the boat before the 4th. Just having them out of the boat has made the world of difference, especially to the Admiral. Both cost a total of about $1500 for custom made.
