Hello all, purchased a Carver 396 with 8.1 Crusader engines. So far, replaced control head (starboard engine idle only). Replaced relay board, Kohler generator, turned over when fuse installed. Soaked generator heat exchanger in Barnacle Buster and installed anode. Replaced plugs, soaked cylinders in mystery oil, squealed like a banshee when started, wrong impeller installed. Generator purrs like a kitten now. Tackling salon air conditioner tripping breaker now. Looking for Carver recommended blocking or cradle build instructions.

Welcome aboard.
Just about everybody by me uses blocks under the keel, spaced about every ten feet, and then 4-6 stands to stabilize the boat.
Thanks
