Have you considered a Marine Elegance if they are still available......nice, quiet programmable freshwater flush...
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.

This post is perfect timing. We are also in search of a new head. We snapped a part on ours as we were tightening a part. Turns out our model is discontinued so the replacement parts can be made but with a 8 - 12 week wait time at a cost of $600.

A former boat neighbor put two of those on his Silverton and was VERY impressed with them. A little bit more pricey but they look great and have nice features.

FYI

Installed new Raritan elegance head this weekend.

After everything is said and done...1st impression, it is the best head that I have seen on a boat
(my limited experience) closest to being at home that is.

Have not had it long enough to see if anything clogs it up, and hope not to, lol

As everything goes on a boat it takes a lot of time, not because it is hard but everything is always hard reach, difficult to get to etc...hooked up from sea water to fresh water, new wiring, and plumbing and all went well.

If anyone needs any more thoughts from my experience just say so

Steve
