What does this 'wrap' comprise? I don't know this way of conservation over winter on shore. (I live in Europe, perhaps it's common on your side of the big blue)

materials? on location? cost (approx.) ?

Here is an idea of what goes on, of course there are variations to this theme......these pics represent plastic over wood frames, but there are material tarps over the same types of framing.
