Dual Throttle issue on flybridge

Dual Throttle issue on flybridge

I have a Ultraflex dual throttle on my fly bridge that will not lock in place. I have to hold it in place or it will float down and loose power. Is there an adjustment so it does not move once set at the desired speed ? Any help appreciated!
