Keeping the family crew organized

I finally managed to get the bridge electronics on our 360 Sport Sedan exactly where I want them, but man, my scheduling is a total mess this season. I thought having the onboard system and my phone would be enough to keep our weekend departures and guest arrivals straight. Instead, I’m finding that my personal appointments often vanish or don't show up on the shared iPad we keep at the helm, leading to a few "where are you?" calls while I'm out at the fuel dock. It seems like the constant switching between the marina Wi-Fi and LTE is causing some serious lag, or just stopping the updates entirely with a calendar synchronisation that never seems to stay active. I've messed with the settings and tried a couple of different apps, yet the entries still aren't mirroring like they should. If you guys have a reliable way to keep your boat schedule and personal life in sync without manual double-entry, I’d love to hear how you set it up.

We use Verizon 5G home internet for the boat instead of marina wifi. It has worked all throughout central and northern Florida. Since we are within range of the home tower 90% of the time we haven't had any issues related to roaming. This allows the boat to be online in the slip and while traveling, including allowing the kids to play their video games while the rest of us are enjoying nature.

I use a custom Google sheet for managing the boat. It keeps logs (including guests), model and serial numbers, etc. It's not clear what your requirements are for guest arrivals. Our guests are all friends and family so not much to keep in sync there.
