I am sure someone with a 4207 will chime in, but I do not believe that is the original tank. For 87, I'm pretty sure it would have been a plastic tank.

Our 89 4207 had a plastic tank.

Just curious, never seen one.......what is it made out of ? if you empty it and suck the air out would that flatten it enough to remove thru the hatch.....maybe then a simple patch..... :beergood:

Ah there is the answer, those aluminum tanks should never have been used for water or holding tanks for that matter as they corrode/oxidize and will eventually leak, there is no repairing those as they are pitted everywhere upon further inspection. The previous owner probably replaced the tank with a bladder.
