You're confusing me! What do you mean when you say "it is connected to two breakers below"?? There are FOUR breakers that are fed from the main on each panel.

What problem are you having? Are you SURE there is not another issue that is causing the breaker to trip? It will not work if there is a wiring issue (like reverse polarity).
