Is your seacock leading to the pump open? Is your strainer air bound?.Does the pump run?

Loosen the top of the strainer just a tad until water comes out, then tighten it back down. Don't remove the top, just loosen it a bit. May take a few second to move the air out and have water cooler out.

Once you do that, turn the a.c. back on and check for flow.

Did you turn on the breaker for the AC raw water pump?

don't forget to check the stat and be sure its in the cooling mode, and the set temp is below the room temp........With a call for cooling the compressor would come on for a short while even if it had no water flow.

You probably need to prime the pump. Last spring when I launched my 3007 the A/C did not work. Like you no water coming from the outflow. I took the boat out for a run getting her up on plane. When I returned to the dock my A/C was working as the run on the lake forced water up into the pump.

I will do the same this spring when I launch, a short run to prime the pump. You could also prime the pump by disconnecting the hose from the inlet after shutting off the valve. Pump water through the pump with the hose, reconnect to the inlet and your system should work. I did this method last summer when my seawater pump failed and I had to install a new one.

Don't know what air conditioner you have but on some you can program for heat only, cool only, or automatic mode you may want to check the program and see if cooling is enabled. Does your panel resemble this?
This was the oem on my carver
