2000 325 Aft and gauge registers empty under all circumstances. I believe the tank is located in the aft, however I am curious to know if anyone else has experienced this and is it more often the gauge or the float/sender from the tank?

http://www.centroidproducts.com/3wire.htmMy 1998 had the same problem. Check out the site above. You most likely have the same sensor. They are very helpful. It ended up being my sensor. Kind of crazy as it was only 18 years old.

I guess so! If you have the clearance I'd put it in the center cap for easy removal for cleaning later. Other wise any where on top of the tank.

Looks like maybe previous owner put a new tank or a new fitting that doesn't have the gauge works in it. Nice easy access, now that is a bonus....

That opening looks like it might accommodate a Sealand screw-in assembly. This is a single sender but they also have triple arrays that are typically used in holding tanks and will show you different levels in the tank.
