I just bought a1998 380 Santego. I can’t find the thru-hull valve to the head. Can anyone tell me where it is?

Congrats and welcome aboard Mark.

What type of head do you have? Not all of them draw in sea water, some are hooked up to the on-board fresh water system.

Welcome Aboard. Lots of knowledge here about Carvers and boats in general. You've come to the right place.

If you have a Raritan electric head, then you are most likely drawing water from your on-board water tank. Raritan recommended that configuration to avoid clogging up the macerator with seaweed and whatever from raw water sources.

My Raritan head draws water from the great outdoors - the valve is in the floor right outside the door
