Vacuflush

Anyone know where the duck bill valves are located on my 1983 2807
Also where can I get shop manuals

Well depending on what model you have, you could have 2 or 4 duck bill valves. Most generally its 4 and they are located in the lines before and after the vacuum pump itself. A simple google of your unit will most likely find you a parts diagram and part numbers because there can be few different size duck bills.

I was surprised to see my forward head on my 390 has 2. I am going to compare to the aft unit. Both units have beeen great. However, lately the forward one has been pumping quite often. I changed the duck bills, and found a small hole in the piping. I think I need to replace some of that piping. I may do a rebuild on the pump also.

I checked the aft Vacuflush unit and it has the adaptors. It appears the po removed the adaptors on the forward unit for whatever reason. Ordering the adaptors and a bellows. Stay tuned.
