Need an Ac electrical diagram for pumps under galley floor for a 4207, 1988. Need to identify main power source for the three Ac pumps. Wiring had minor change which prevents me from running Ac fans or pumps while on shore power but fans run when on generator but not pumps. I have the carver manual but it does not elaborate on this area.

I don't think a wiring diagram is going to help you much. It looks like your system has been pretty butchered. I believe you only had one pump from the factory.
I believe I would start from scratch, trace the piping and wiring and return it to the original configuration.

I agree with that tom wrote.
Do you know which pump is for which purpose? Looks like the one HVAC pump is drawing directly from the strainer and then it looks like a shower sump or bilge pump (in the lower left of the last pic). Not sure what the pump in the middle is, but it doesn't look like an HVAC circulation pump to me. Could it be a potable pump?
Oh, and are those yellow things twist-on wire nuts or crimped connections?

The pump in the lower left of last picture is bow shower. The large pump to the far right lower corners in picture 2 & 4. The small barrel pump in between them it think is raw water pump I believe for the bow head. That’s all I know at this time.

Sorry, the large pump is the Ac pump.

Locate the main air conditioning control box where all three air conditioners are wired in to. When one of the units is turned on, a driver or relay in this box turns on the AC raw water pump. Some guys will by-pass this driver/relay when it fails as it usually means replacing the board at considerable expense. Doing this means the pump has to be turned on and off manually instead of being controleed automatically when one of the AC units turns on and off. Take a look at where your pump power cord goes. It should be going into the control box otherwise someone's messed with it.
Is your AC water pump breaker at your panel turned on? And are you sure your pump actually works if power is applied to it?

Thanks for the feedback. I can’t guarantee the pump works however I have a backup. It was only after a dock neighbor electrician by passed the original fresh water pump because it wasn’t getting power that it no longer worked. I’m no longer at the Marina or city. The Ac water pump breaker switch is on. Unfortunately what is needed in the picture to show three capped wires, two brown and one black so I’ve taken a couple better ones and uploaded them.

Browns are typically used for bilge pumps (at least that's the ABYC standard). Looks like that AC water pump power runs into that electrical box in the center, and that's converted to the white 3-wire 120VAC line. Not 100% sure on that, but that's what it looks like in the pictures. I suspect those brown and black wires are all part of the D.C. electrical system and would not have anything to do with your HVAC water pump operation. As Viper said, if you have multiple AC units then there's a control box for the HVAC water pump so that either HVAC unit can command it "on". That may have been changed by a prior owner. However, if any of the 120VAC equipment is "working on shore power but not on generator" or "working on generator but not on shore power" then you likely have an issue with the automatic transfer switch (or relays) than any wiring for an individual item.
Why are those yellow and blue wire nuts there? If they were just temporary to cap wires and troubleshoot, then that's OK, but if the "electrician" put those on as a solution then you need a new electrician. Those should not be used on boats.
I suspect that red and black wire is not a marine-grade wire (probably not tinned). Do you know where this is connected? In one of the pics it looks like it might be spliced into the orange and black wires, but I can't really tell. I would trace this down and figure out where it goes... it does not look OEM.

Ya, agreed km, hopefully the Marrettes are just for troubleshooting, they have no place in a boat as a permanent wiring solution.
Km is correct about the brown wires being standard colour code for bilge pump circuits. Check the two brown wires, one of them should have a black tracer if it's indeed bilge pump/float switch wiring.
The wiring really needs to be cleaned up once you figure out what is supposed to go where. And use the proper connectors, especially in the bilge. They should be heat shrink connectors as it can be such a damp and wet place. The heat shrink connectors will seal the ends so the wires don't corrode.
