Flybridge Water Supply on 2002 Carver 570 Voyager

I have recently purchased a 2002 Carver 570 Voyager Pilothouse, now named Crown Life Rocks!
The Flybridge has a sink with taps, along with Built-in Icemaker.
There appears to be no water supplied to either the taps or the icemaker. Before I start removing equipment, does anyone know if there is a water shutoof valve either behind the ice maker, or down below in the engine room?

Dumb question but I have to ask, can I assume everything else works on the boat, both hot and cold, all other faucets? Is it the same whether you are on shore water or pulling from your onboard tank? Before dismantling everything, have you made just a basic search in and around the fixtures?

FYI, just yesterday, went to the boat, hooked shore water and had a leak in my water supply line to my ice maker. My ice maker just slid right out and there is a shut off valve behind it. Fortunately, the pinpoint leak was just an inch or two from where the line connects to the icemaker and with plenty of slack in the line, cut off a couple of inches, reconnected the end piece and I was good to go. Definitely one of the easier fixes I ever had to do.

I recently changed the dripping faucet out at the flybridge sink on my 450 and there was no shut off valve. I just secured the pump when I changed it out. My icemaker was removed by a prior owner and a little stand alone unit placed in there that I haven't even thought about yet. Maybe I should try it out one of these days.

The sink and the Ice maker are very popular on the bridge of my Carver 396. BTW there was no shut off valve. I replaced the old sink valve, replaced the 24 year old Raitan ice maker and added a sediment and carbon filter in the cabinet next to the ice maker.
I am at the foot of a very long dock and I watch everyone haul hundreds bottles of water to their boats for drinking water and making coffee. Before I installed the filter system my wife I went through at least 6 one gallon jugs a week. Buying it and hauling it was a chore and an unnessary expense. Now my neighbors are greatful they dont need to bring drinking water to there boat. Long Beach Island in NJ frequently has, for what ever reason, rust in the water and sometime the smell of chlorine.

I have a 2006 model. I have a single cold faucet behind the captain seat. It doesn't have a shut off that I can see. The hose to my bridge icemaker is capped off. The icemaker doesn't work. So far, I haven't found any in-line shut off valves for any of the water service. I installed shut off valves on the master bath.

It would make sense that there is one where the bridge comes off the hull for transport, but I can't say where that line would be. The owners manual is almost silent on the water supply to the bridge except to say it exists. I mention a valve on that line only because the boat may have been split for transport, and a valve installed(or, could be capped off). I have no idea where the delivery line would go or if there are two diff lines.

Let us know what you find!
