Have been looking lately and trying to decide on which brand 50amp charger to replace the old Charles from 2001 and came across this pro mariner 1250p.....Hans you are the online guy , is this price possible, it appears to be Cad .....seems really low, .$ 425.00....sorry the link I put doesn't work right to amazon .ca

Also the Victron is interesting, along with Mastervolt , just trying to find one that will basically do 2 banks and portion the full rated amps to the house bank if needed.

That price seems pretty low for a 1250P in CND$ but hey if it checks out, go for it as long as it's new and not factory refurbished. Not that there's anything wrong with that but then it's not as good a deal as it seems.

I bought a 1250p for 379.99 at west marine during their 4th of july sale. So far working great.

Here is the odd thing about Amazon I have noticed. You will find these amazing deals yet after you purchase it you go back only to see it has gone up substantially. Almost like they realized there was a mistake on their side and corrected it. Yes it is real and yes you will get it almost immediately, go for it.

Side note. Here is a great example of prices on Amazon. I love these little 400w pure sine wave inverters however they are spendy. Saw them on Amazon Canada with no tax and free delivery. Thanks Hans....I got one at 480 taxes and shipping in......If I didn't see that for myself it would be hard to believe...that is why I was thinking the 425 was odd looking. Wonder what the deal is with this marketing, I mean Binnacle is at 599 ++.....well ya live ya learn..... I like the Victron, nice people up your way but the price is almost double that.That was easy, no to find a new head. Hope this thing comes with all the parts ..

Also with amazon if you find something you want and arent in a hurry to buy and put it in your cart or save for later . you can check your items and watch t h e price go up and down and then purchase it when it's low . Somethings change prices several times the same day others not so often. I usually keep items saved for later just for this reason everybody likes saving money
