Try these guys for the rings but the exact ones may not be available anymore; https://www.eclectic-ware.com/hera-replacement-lighting-parts.html
Complete fixtures are pretty cheap though on line now. LED ones are more expensive or you can find cheap replacement LED bulbs and convert. Looks on Amazon for the LED bulbs, there's a ton out there.

Try a search on this forum...there has been a few threads regarding the Hera lights/trim rings and a few got some very nice led replacements to fit in the same holes ,a bunch of solutions, can't remember the names though. Good luck with your search as there is a vast difference in quality and pricing.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

I have seen the entire led fixture on amazon. They would replace your entire current fixture. They are 12 volt for RV/Marine application. They look very nice and would be way better on power consumption. I agree with
darrenlife. I am thinking of making the move as well.

Upgrading to LED is a great move, you'll love them. Just make sure you get the right lumens and light color you want.

I like the warm white, at 2500-3000 K. Some like it cooler, like 4000 K, which is a little stark for us. I think it's an age thing. Don't want to have to supply sunglasses for folks coming in the boat. :-D

I have a 356 as well. All I did was just replace the bulbs with LED's. Got a 10 pack from Amazon for $12. Good color temp, leaning towards the warm white, slightly brighter and much cooler to the touch. The old halogens were in the 200 degree range, LED's are around 120. Big difference.

Most of mine are still like new with the exception of 2 of them so I swapped the 2 in the master head so the rest of the boat matched. Went to the local big surface hardware store and picked up a 3 pack of 12v led surface mount lights https://www.rona.ca/en/under-cabinet-le ... t-33785264 that now occupy the head, they are quite similar and do look great. The original units now contain led bulbs G4 silicone similar to this. https://www.amazon.ca/Equivalent-Landscape-International-Standard-Yuiip/dp/B06ZZ4C885/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=g4+silicone+led+bulb&qid=1577914129&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyWFJOM1dMR1BJOUZUJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNTM3NjYzTVA2QlZUMlZUNlgyJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA4OTExNDYxQ0xKNUEzOUxUMExYJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
