Charger not charging batteries when on Generator

Yea, I'm really wondering if the PO tied that new charger breaker directly into the AC Shore mains instead of the transfer switch. Do you know where the transfer switch is? I'm not sure where they located it on the 3607, because mine didn't even have a genset.

Well - looks like the charger is getting some kind of power from the generator. There were a couple of points inside that had power in relation to ground when the generator was running. One point we monitored was at 220 volts which seems very odd. At this point the charger will be replaced as part of a electrical / crusing overhaul for next season but there is the possibility that the issue is with the generator.
