Has anyone had problems their insulator?
We have the Charles ISO-Boost 50
Ours stop working and is not getting power
to it. Dock pedestal has electric, power cord has electric, but no electric inside the boat. We have checked all breaker that we know of.
Wondering is there a fuse or breaker before the electric goes into the Insulator that could of blown?

If the voltage is low enough from the dock, the iso boost will not supply power to the boat. There are dummy lights on the unit that should give you error codes if there is a problem with the unit.
Are you plugged in with a 50a cord or a reverse Y adapter? If you have a reverse Y adapter are you getting a red light indicating you do have dual phases properly hooked up?
Here is a good place to start troubleshooting the unit.

First, you might want to refer to it as an "isolation" transformer rather than an "insulation" transformer. You could get confusing replies and searches on the Internet won't be as productive.
Is the unit warm at all when it's been connected to shore power for a while? Are there any lights lit on it?
Lots of info in that doc that Hans linked.
For troubleshooting or when in storage where you only have a 120VAC outlet to work with, you can also build a custom "step up" transformer to power your boat. There's a thread here discussing it:
