Decided to add new filler port to the water tank as opposed to using the existing although the latter would have worked fine. 1/2" npt bulkhead fitting with a short extension into the tank and an elbow to hose barb above. More stuff I had lying around had from aquarium parts and sprinkler system parts.

Started looking deeper into where I was going to mount the activation button. Opted for a rather clean modification by removing/drilling out the telephone? connection (cannot even begin to think they were still installing this in 2007) and replacing it with an industrial momentary push button which fit just right that I picked up at the local electronics surplus store for a few bucks. It is perfectly located and no extra holes were required.

I've told a couple of their reps over the years that they need to provide an incentive and convince marinas to convert, otherwise it's a hard sell.

Solenoid with 15mm quick disconnect potable water line fittings attached. Pretty much ready to make the final water line cuts/insertions and complete the installation.

Tried her out at the marina, works as expected except time to fill was longer than expected, dialed the timer up to 20 minutes, all is good. Love it.
