Hi Fellow Carver Owners

We just bought our 2019 C37 and can't wait to get it on the water but before we do we want to make sure we install the right dingy davit system and a much needed sun pad. Does any one have any experience doing this and have recommendations?

Thanks
Sandra

I ordered the factory subpar from carver for our 2018. Going to be installing it next Friday. It is the one that has the adjustable back rests. I can let you know how it goes

Thanks Brenda. Thinking about ordering one from the factory too but they want the same money for the pad that is on the current build sheet but they aren't installing it. They did say they would provide instructions - did they do that? How did your installation go? Thanks again!

So we have it installed. I took some video and will upload a link when I get it done. It went a little rough. First they forgot to send some of the pieces, but they fixed that. The instructions for the screw location was very good but they did not send any hardware so we had to figure that out by ourselves. There is a aluminum plate that runs across the bow where many of the screws go in. We kept breaking screws and had a heck of a tome figuring out the right combination of pre drilling and lubricant to get them to work. So the project took way longer than I would have thought but looks great now that is done.

Did you put marine sealant in all the screw holes? To make sure every hole is protected from leaking?
How did you get a hold of the factory? I would llike to order a factory Teak Table for my Flybridge..

Yes we did seal it up. I ordered it from the dealer we bought the boat from. Waterfront Marine in NJ
