My wife and I recently purchased our first boat big enough to spend weekends on. This model seems to have been set up for off shore fishing. It has the adjustable base for outriggers, but no further hardware than the base. Would any one know what would go into the bases?

Welcome aboard. Probably just downriggers but pictures would help in determining that.

I love love love the 28' Voyagers! Well laid-out and really smart looking.
Agreed with Viper, some pics would help solve the mystery.

Welcome aboard! You can tell if it's a downrigger or outrigger by location and looks. Downrigger mounts are usually square and mount at the aft end of the boat - usually in the corners near the transom. Classic outrigger mounts are 1 1/4" tubes that hold the outrigger pole, and are mounted more toward mid-ship so you can change lures/baits on the outrigger line.
