Thanks you, yes sir I am. The boat had a hack job done by a mechanic and now the new owner wants to replace a generator that was in the boat. Now I am quite familiar with boats but this particular one I’m not. There’s isn’t a generator in it and I’m working on researching it so see what originally came in it and make sure it is fixed back to factory spec so that it can safely go back to being safely enjoyed and dependable like it was meant to be.

D. Welcome aboard. Call Carver with the hull # of the vessel. They have the construction log for that particular boat. They will tell you exactly how it was outfitted when it departed the factory, including if and what type of generator was installed. Good luck! 8-) er

Thanks for the hospitality and welcome wagon. Sorry fellows I’ve been boa’d up but I’ll be sure to get the hull number and call them tomorrow. Tonight I’m fixing to start fixing the hack job that was done on it the last time a mechanic worked on it. He removed the generator and screwed up all kinds of crap. Now the port engine how no power, but the starboard engine does and starts fine. And exposed wires everywhere in the engine hatch
