New Carver C36 Owner in California
Posted: April 11th, 2021, 11:12 am
Hi Everyone
I've been "looking" for boats for almost 15 years! Well, we just closed on a 2019 Carver C36 Command Bridge Diesel!
I initially was looking at older Meridians 341, and 391's , but decided to go with this boat, because of a few modern touches..the most Notable, being the French Door really making the cockpit and salon ..one entire usable space on the boat! ALso the carver C series really rode very well! 13' beam!
My last boat was a 2000 Sea Ray Sundancer Gas.
Heck, I dont have the manuals yet but looking forward to learning the systems and my son and I plan to become very proficient at docking, anchoring, proficient boat handling!
This has been a long long journey..and I am so looking forward to the spring and summer on the water here in SoCal.
One of the big reasons I pulled the trigger on THIS particular boat, is that it only has 95 hrs!
I was wondnering if anyone here has transferred their warranty with Carver?, I will be the second owner and the boat was just sold in 2020 to the original owner. I dont know what the first step is to transfer the warranty. Does anyone have contact info to the Carver factory?
Thanks Everyone
