I thought my 81 3007 Aft Cabin did not have a drain plug. I did find one in the hull at a low spot where when the boat was out of the water it could drain out if needed.
On my old 3607, the drain plug was at the stern in the bottom between the rudders. The lowest part of the bilge was up in front of the engines, so the only way water would drain would be if the boat was tilted WAY up at the bow. The first couple years I removed the drain plug, but after that figured it was a total waste of time, so I never did after that.
On my 3007 the drain plug was located in the bilge just forward of the engines.
