I just purchased a 37c. I am looking for any information people have about them. It seems to be a nice Boat but I am sure there are things that will need fixed.

What did your surveyor have to say? Did he/she find any issues?

Survey just found a couple small issues with the upholstery and nicks in gel coat. One thing I notice is the a/c unit is not discharging water out the side. I can hear the pump running and the sea cock is open and strainer is clean.

Yes, your pump could be the problem and needs replacing, but try priming the system first. Could easily have an air lock. When you open the strainer, is it full of water? Assuming it is below the water line, water should be overflowing if the seacock is open.
Did your surveyor not make a note of that?
