For Sale - 1985 Carver 3607 Aft Cabin. Asking $50,000
Looking for a condo on the water , a way to explore new places. This is the boat for you, Small enough to get into smaller bays, big enough to be a cabin at the lake. Always professionally maintained, currently at Northern Harbour on Lake of the Woods. Marine survey available (2022) and we are having a new one completed this spring.
Amenities:
The boat sleeps 6 easily, with a queen sized bed in the aft cabin, 2 beds in the V berth and a dinette that can fold down.
The galley includes a ¾ sized fridge with a large freezer. A 3 burner electric stove with a good amount of storage.
The salon has plenty of storage and room for a full sized couch. There are windows all around offering plenty of light. A heat exchange system gives heat in the fall and air conditioning in the summer.
2 Heads - one in the aft cabin and a wet head in the V berth.
The Aft cabin has an amazing amount of space and an ensuite (with a bath tub)
Fly bridge with seating for 5

440 AMP hour house bank ( 4 Six volt batteries in Series / Parallel )
All batteries replaced with AGM’s 2 years ago
