The takeaway for me was the GB is powered by much lower HP, and with diesels the general belief is that the engine life is tied to the amount of fuel thru them. I guess a much slower boat ( more of a displacement hull ) if you consider no real planing ability, that would be the trade off for that aspect...Imo...
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.
