Hope someone has some experience with this... I have a 1988 3607 and I want to take the factory club chair from the salon. It looks like I'll have to remove the stair railing, door and door frame at the very least. Has anyone on the forum done this before? Thanks for your help in advance.

Do you have a picture of the "factory club chair"?
Mine had a fold-out sofa. I disassembled the back of it and took the railing off the stairs. Did not have to remove the doors or door frame to get it out.

I'll take a pic of it and try to figure out how to post it. Thanks

Finally got it out. Had to remove the railing, door and frame and the wood trim and the chair just fit out of the opening. One would think you could get the factory furniture out of the boat without taking it apart.

Maybe a bit late, but I believe the seat of the chair can be easily removed with about 6 screws and then a little turn and twist and its out the door.

I'm still wondering what a "factory club chair" is. I have the same boat and I had two swivel chairs and a fold-out futon when I got it, but I don't know if those were factory or not.

Sorry about the duplicate pics, that's the chair that came with the boat. There is no apparent way to break the chair down smaller...Believe me I looked! It just barely fit out of the opening.

Thanks for the update and the pics. I forgot your model had the full-height doors. I have the earlier model with the two small doors and slide-back top, so I might have a little more 'wiggle' room to get stuff in and out.
