Maybe you only do have two.If you put your hand on the fuel lines and followed it to both ends, then that's all ya got.

Have you looked at the anti siphon valves?

Roxanne thank you for the tips. I got a schematic of the fuel system and determined there is a primary water fuel separator and a secondary inline and that is it. Had to order both no one had in stock. Changed both out yesterday and still nothing clearly starving for fuel. Next step is to track from the fuel valve selector. Thinking injectors? Also could be the vapor lock which makes a lot of sense? Would love any tips you have on how to alleviate it!

Did you pull the anti siphon valves and check them?

Waybomb, I did not, to be honest not sure what or where they are. If you can give me an idea it would be greatly appreciated!

They are at the fuel tanks. They look like a hose barb where the fuel hose connects to the tank.
Remove the hose, unscrew the valve.

It's has very lightly spring loaded ball that close off the fuel tank in case off a hose leak.
The fuel pump had enough suction to overcome this spring and open the valve for flow.
Often they get gummed up and restrict flow. You should be able to blow through it from pipe thread side.

If they look difficult to get to you may just want to buy two newe ones and replace them right away, to save pain and aggravation if you have to squeeze into a tight place to get to them.

"Provided everything is operating like it should be" works for both EFI and carbed apps. It really doesn't matter whether it's EFI or not. EFI is just as susceptible as carbed apps are on the suction side. Those with Cool Fuel modules help minimize that but for EFI apps that don't have it, they're just as susceptible as carbed units.

km1125 wrote:Source of the post ...I suspect that many of these problems would be traced to defective pressure regulators or a problem in the cool-fuel system.....

My experience outside of poor anti-siphon valve operation and heat is more commonly in the fuel supply lines/system to the engine. Making tight bends, line kinks, adding fittings, additional filters, inline items like fuel flow meters, etc. all contribute to additional vacuum which has proven more likely the culprit in my experience. You can put a band-aid on it by doing other things to overcome one of the contributors like cooling the engine compartment but you may be ignoring the true cause if you don't assess the system properly. It may simply be one too many fittings pushing enough restriction over the edge enough to cause too much vacuum.

There is no separate one for each tank, it's the same one on the engine that is used no matter what tank you're drawing from, at least not that I've ever seen.

Thank you so much! Very helpful I didn't even know they existed. I will check them out next weekend when I am back down.

Ober location? Viper pretty sure I have one for each side fuel tanks, nope ur right I have just one for each engine, DAH! They are located between each engine and the side fuel tanks! Would you know where the generator gets it's fuel by chance. I haven't traced that fuel line out yet?

Ya depends on the model. Mine pulls from port also.
